Matcha Whisking Guide
1. Sift 3–5g of matcha powder into a matcha bowl.
2. Add 50ml hot water at around 80°C.
3. Use a bamboo whisk and whisk quickly and firmly in a “W” motion.
4. Once a fine layer of foam forms, your matcha is ready. Enjoy it with iced water, milk, or desserts.
